Introducing Our Suffolk, VA Team Member Role
We are actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team over weekends in Suffolk, VA. This opportunity is perfect for healthcare professionals passionate about improving patient care in post-acute settings.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier medical care in post-acute care settings
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure improved patient outcomes
- Effectively utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient management
- Develop and maintain professional, empathetic relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- NP degree from an accredited nursing institution
- Active Virginia NP license and valid DEA registration
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
- Exhibit compassion, intelligence, motivation, and strong teamwork abilities
