Key Responsibilities in Williamsburg
- Provide compassionate post-acute care to patients
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) effectively
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills Required
- NP degree from an accredited nursing school
- Valid Virginia NP license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficiency in using EMR systems
- Demonstrated compassion, intelligence, motivation, and team collaboration skills
