Role Overview: Weekend Nurse Practitioner Position in Chesapeake, VA

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team in Chesapeake, VA on weekends. This part-time role is ideal for healthcare professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact in post-acute patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality medical care within post-acute care settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
  • Use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) effectively for patient management
  • Foster compassionate and professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • NP degree from a recognised nursing institution
  • Valid Virginia NP license and DEA registration
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred
  • A blend of compassion, intelligence, and motivation, along with strong teamwork capabilities
