Key Responsibilities for Physicians
- Provide exceptional patient care in post-acute care settings
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
- Use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) effectively for patient management
- Establish and nurture professional, empathetic relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications and Required Skills
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active Virginia Medical license and DEA registration in good standing
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
- Exhibit compassion, intelligence, motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team
