Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional post-acute care
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care strategies to enhance patient outcomes
- Efficiently use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient management
- Maintain professional and empathetic interactions with patients, families, and the care team
Qualifications and Required Skills
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Virginia physician license and DEA registration in good standing
- Prior experience in post-acute or similar healthcare settings is preferred
- Proficient use of EMR systems
- Exhibit leadership, compassion, intelligence, motivation, and strong teamwork skills
