Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute environments
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Efficiently manage patient care using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Foster a professional and empathetic rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications and Required Skills
- NP degree from an accredited nursing institution
- Valid Virginia NP license and DEA registration in good standing
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
- Showcase compassion, intelligence, motivation, and teamwork abilities
