Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

We are presently seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Richmond, VA team on a Full-Time basis. This position provides an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals who are committed to making a tangible difference in post-acute patient care. Key Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality medical care within post-acute care settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently for patient management
  • Establish and maintain professional and empathetic connections with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • NP degree from an accredited nursing institution
  • Active Virginia NP license and DEA registration in good standing
  • Experience with EMR systems is preferred
  • Demonstrate compassion, intelligence, motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a team
