Role Overview: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Chesapeake, VA
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis, working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in post-acute patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care in post-acute care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Utilise Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently for managing patient information
- Develop and maintain professional, empathetic relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications and Required Skills
- NP degree from an accredited nursing institution
- Active Virginia NP license and valid DEA registration
- Proficient in the use of EMR systems
- Demonstrate compassion, intelligence, motivation, and excellent teamwork abilities
