Key Responsibilities in Richmond
- Provide compassionate and personalized post-acute care to patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently and accurately
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients and their families
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Virginia Medical license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Demonstrated attributes of compassion, intelligence, motivation, and teamwork
